The App is a Bluetooth-based peer-to-peer/peer-to-many application that enables direct data sharing between nearby devices. It does not rely on internet connectivity, backend servers, or cloud services.

We do not collect any personal or non-personal data.

No user accounts are created
No personal identifiers are collected
No analytics or telemetry data is collected
No data is transmitted to external servers

All data shared using the App remains strictly between the connected devices.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share user data with third parties because we do not collect, store, or process any user data.

All transfers occur directly between users’ devices via Bluetooth.

4. Bluetooth and Device Permissions

The App requires certain system permissions to function properly:

Bluetooth – to discover and connect to nearby devices
Nearby Devices / Location – required by some operating systems for Bluetooth discovery

These permissions are used solely to enable peer-to-peer communication and are not used for tracking, advertising, or profiling.

5. Data Security

Because the App does not collect or store data, we do not maintain databases of user information.

Bluetooth communication has inherent limitations, and users are responsible for choosing trusted peers and deciding what data to share.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with advertising networks, analytics services, or third-party SDKs that collect data. Only standard operating system Bluetooth APIs are used.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be made available within the App or on the official listing. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete.
